Automatic submitter s will get your website removed from Google real quick now a days! All those spammy backlinks showing up at one time is a big red flag to google bots. The best submission is manual submission, and avoid free directories. Find a handful of paid directories that offer a permanent link and that is all you need, for this part of your SEO strategy. Directory submission is only a single cog in the SEO wheel, there is still much more that needs to be done, but directory submission to "paid directories" is still an important part of SEO.

Use manual submission. Do daily 10 submission because all links are not improved.

i prefer not to use any such automatic submitter, because it will not give you a quality back link and as per my knowledge the google hates all the automatic systems. so try to get quality backlinks.

I don't remember seeing many instant approval directories. It would leave the door open for spammers.
