search your query in Google definitely you will find some websites

Do check the PR of these sites every now and then because since these sites are not particular about having a link back, it is highly possible that the site may be spammed over a period of time, the worst scenario is that the sites may get banned if they link to inappropriate website, just be careful.

I also recommend this directory list: links.lacartes.com/link_directory_list.html. Most of the directories listed there don't need reciprocal links.

you can used Directory Critic List and Addurl.nu Free Directory List.
in this list you should not required to give them links (Reciprocal Links).
