Is DMOZ service always unavailable?

Hi, does anyone has news about DMOZ? Whenever I try to submit my site to DMOZ, I get a message that the service is temporarily unavailable. I have been getting this message for few months!

They are going through a major ovehaul , been like that since october .Dont know when it will it be fine again.

I submitted to DMOZ four times but did not get any email if my submission has been accepted. I do not say about approval at all. It seems impossible now.

Some days back dmoz was temporarily unavalable but now its agailable again.

Yes,Dmoz is accepting listings. I have just submitted a site in it.
