Not necessarily, because there are lots of sites out there that use php with session id's that are not search engine friendly.

Look for directories with static url's such as:

directory.com/shopping/clothes.php

And try to avoid these:

directory.com/shopping/clothes.php?id=74546533126474

This free link exchange page I have is to increase link popularity-based on php. I made this page, hoping to get many people faster for link exchange.

ID# is for the hits, so you think my php link exchange page isn't good?

though the ID# isn't so long, at least not now as I don't have many. I don't think it is so fancy though.

Business Link Exchange | Human Edited Directory

I have seen other php link exchange scripts. If anyone can tell me if this one I'm using is good or not, I would appriciate.

What php do you recommend for link exchange??

Thanks in advance!

It is also great to have your backlink to be placed in the High PR page. Most directory pages other than the main page do not have a PR score. Directories with high PR pages is a huge PLUS!

In choosing web directories, you should look at the domain age, link popularity and pagerank. Don't submit links to directories with zero PR.
