In seo prospective the one way link is very important in google parameters. so many of seo guys don't like the manual directory submission which is very TDS and time consuming, but the best way to derived a quality traffic to your site.some goes for auto approval directory which is easiest way to get a link back.but this sort of domain means directory only their for some months after that they disappear from page it self.so is that these submission is helpful for SEO.

That is the disadvantage of auto approve directory. Yes you can immediately see your submitted link but after a few weeks or days your link will disappear. It can help a lot to your site if you get a back link from the directory before the link is disappear.
