Resubmitting to dmoz

I have tried to submit my website to dmoz serveral times in the past few years. It is stated that you can not resubmit your website or else they will not list you. But once a year I am trying can someone tell me how this works? Is it ok to submit once a year?

IMO, resubmit after 6 months is OK.

Read the perfect guideline and condition of Dmoz directory and submit your site, you will check your site in this directory regularly.

Just forget about it. DMOZ approval time is too erratic and takes a long time.
