How can we get listing in DMOZ

I submitted my
online articles directory web site in dmoz around 3 month back and i posted in the correct category and sub category and until now my site has not been listed what could be the reason.

At least 6 to 9 months take DMOZ SERVICES TO APPROVE YOUR SITE DUDE

Sometimes it takes time (5-6 months or more ...) before your website gets approved in DMOZ. However, you should not resubmit your website during the waiting period as this may result in a longer delay or may get your website rejected. Be patient and regularly check the status of your submission by doing the search on DMOZ.

I have read in one article that Dmoz are not accept new links.Actually I forget link.But I also have not yet listed in Dmoz.I had submitted before app six months.

Everybody is thinking to get listed their site in Dmoz directory. but if you are lucky than your site will be listed otherwise submit and forget about to listed in Dmoz. After all there is not ends the world at Dmoz.
