Let share here you opinion related to link building and SEO.

As we know that SEO is combination of on page and off page optimization.

And off page optimization is completely related to link building.

Then what is main part of your site link building or complete SEO.

If we will concentrate our self on link building and give less value to on page optimization then what will happen.

Complete Seo Or Link Building ? Who is more effective for quick promotion.

SEO is the combination of both on and off page.. the site should be optimized well in both.. and also need rich and unique content.. and sould keep updating always

hmmm.... for quick promotion.... link building thru social bookmarking sites such as Digg and Reddit, and forums allow quick promotion of websites...

I believe that SEO is more important than link building because it will generate quality traffic to your site. Backlinking is important also of course, but for first choice I choose SEO.

A successful SEO campaign is an amalgamation of good contents/keywords and quality linkbuilding. If these two factors are done properly, you'll surely achieve your ranking goal!

Seo containing both offpage optimization and building a links. But dont concentrate only for offpage but we should implement on page optimization also.

Seo have to sub branches On Page Seo and Off Page Seo. title meta tage etc is in on page seo while link building is Off page SEO.

You can really link build a site unless you haven't done on page optimization. Both two goes hand to hand due to sometimes you need to adjust some on page factors while you are already in linkbuilding process in order to maximize the potential of a certain page to rank. So both are important as the other one.

Both on page and off page SEO is strongly recommended.

Only doing one part of seo work won't give you that much of fruitful results, which you may obtain after implementing both on-page and off-page seo services for your website.
