I think he was asking who his site links to (outgoing links) and whether or not they have a reciprocal back to his site
Is that right?

I think you want to know that how many sites have links of your site.If i am right then you just type in google search box:
Link:
www.nobelvanlines.com
It will display all sites that have your links.

What ever is your question dear . My suggestion will be best for you . Just download the toolbar Seo Quake to your Mozilla and then you can easily check about your externals and internal links . As well you can check link for Google and yahoo there .
