Use Keyword in Username?

If I use my keyword as my username for posting on forums, web.2 site, and also article directories . Will that have any effect on SERP for that keyword?

it's use less! unless if you just want to spam..... you know why it's useless??/ because, your username doesn't direct to your website, so what's the use of it?

No, username is not the anchor text. Use the signature link instead.
