Is it safe to pay for links? Will google find out and if they do how would they do it? And if they de-index a site would they index that page against after sometimes?

No, it's costly. Buying links won't automatically mean that you'll get good ranking.

It's not a good idea all around. Not legal and not cost-effective, BUT there is an alternative. Text ads - on well-ranking Websites on a similar subject as your own - can be affordable and provide one way links. Look into it.

Hi,
Paid links will not harm you and it will not be penalized by Google. Google always provide free and fresh content and it always like free contents and links so try to get some free links. That will be more helpful.

it depends on the website... there are paid websites that acquire you to pay... but you can't get anything from them..... try to study the website and check the website before you pay them

I used to link my checking account to my pay pal account and they told me that my email and password had changed . Someone who works at pay pal hacked into my account and I had no access to my account.

If you're getting links from higher PR site then it's a good deal or else it's waste of money.

The process of buying links for the sole purpose of improving PR is frowned upon by Google and other search engines since they are trying to provide their users with organic search results. However, buying links from third party Web sites shouldn’t be confused with paid advertising or sponsored links. If you’re link building by buying links make sure the site you are paying for has a high Google Page Rank (PR 5 or above). Remember that your Page Rank increases because of the quality of your links, not just the quantity.

Paying for link doesn't means that you are doing anything wrong. As about when you go for link building services or any seo services . That time also you are paying for it . so buying directly a links or paying indirectly for link services means a same . so it will not effect your sites . The only thing is that before buying we have to keep all aspects ( parameters) about the sites where we are buying a ads , text , banner , side bar links

I would not recommend it. Google locates those sites who sell links easy. Once you get linked to buting links, you can risk a penalty. Often i get mails with extreme google boost. Dont buy it... And using backdoors = also risking penalty. Take a look at youtube, there you can search on google seo or something like that. It's full with it but my experiences with this kind of thing is not good. See google as you boss and you are his employee... work hard, be creative en think smart but be honest and dont cheat...then you will be rewarded!

My advice for you is not to do it. While there are people who will tell you that search engines will not penalise you for this, the truth is they really frown on this. It is known as a black Hat SEO technique and can earn you a bad reputation when you are found out. Even link exchange is not going to earn you anything good with Google, so how much more going for link farms.
The best way to do link building is to go at it the white hat SEO way. Work hard with social networking, article marketing, blogging, forum posting and commenting, social bookmarking and blog commenting. These will give you a steady increase in your backlinks and even in your SERP ranking.

The assurance of paid links are not clear so far, so it is strongly suggested to submit your link to free directories.

There are still chances that your link might not be posted even if you already paid it. You don't have to worry about using free directory because there are thousands of them in the internet.
