There are many good cases that PPC help site earn more, mostly like YPN and Adsense, but your site must be effectively designed.

PPC is good especially for those who has a new site.. of course to build its name at the same time got tons of traffic but less profits unlike SEO'ing

As I know all the companies on PPC engine are selling quite good. They recover the cost paid to PPC fromthe customers those are relatively new to them.
The only problem is fraud clicking in PPC

it is a for china, so its very limited. if you want to target the market of china then you should go for baidu.
