How long does it normally take for your adds to show up?

Google gives you the impression that 15mins and your ads are there, however 24 hours later Im still waiting.

Everything seems ok, keywords all 'normal' daily budget = reccomended budget ect...

I have another question.

I am trying to run a low cost campain but google adwords don' give me low prices for some key words. It doesent meter if there isnt any commpetition for the key word and eaven it is not a highly requested keyword.

For examle there are key word with minimal bid of $0.03
and other for $0.10

This nombers frequently change.
Any explanation for this.
