Advertise on related sites. Ppc. There obvious, easy but can be expensive.

post in related forums and blogs and post something useful so people who see it will want to check out what else you can do for them.

Purchase traffic from Google Adwords and Yahoo Overture then exchange links with related sites. Make sure you put an autoresponder on your site so you can capture the visitors email addresses and follow up with them. You can purchase traffic from places like perfectraffic or quickregister.info
These services are good if your site appeals to a wide audience. Also I have heard some good things about havetraffic though I have not tried it yet.
