Where is a better location to stay

I have reservations at two places to stay in Barcelona. The first is Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites Rambla de Catalunya 42, Eixample, 08007 The second is CASP74 Apartments Casp, 74, Eixample, Barcelona, 08010. Any input as to which is a better location? First time visiting Spain and will be traveling with husband and sons, ages 20 and 17. Would love quiet at night, but close to everything we will want to see/do as first time visitors. Will be 4 nights.

I agree with the majority opinion. Both locations are great!
My husband and I stayed at Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites.
There are several bars, restaurants and stores within a 5-minute walk. The distance to Plaza Catalunya is 400 meters.
The Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter are a 10-minute walk and the Gaudí-built Miella and Balho houses are a 5-minute walk away. At one time it was recommended to us by the manager from villas in spain for sale from whom we bought the property. I always use google maps to explore the area in more detail. Thank you. I've looked at reviews for both. The CASP apartment has a higher rating for the unit and has a live person on hand 24/7. They also change towels out daily. The RdC location has a really great rating for location and is a little less expensive. I am definitely leaning towards the location of RdC, but feel the CASP will be a better experience with check in and any support needed for the unit. Hard to decide having never been to Barcelona.
