no contest. photoshop is the standard digital imaging tool by web designers.

Photoshop, of course. Manipulating images is so easy when I use that tool.
I haven't tried using Paintshop.

I always prefer Photoshop cause it is the best :) it is lil bit hard,but the output will be just great :)

Paintshop is much more challenging to use, but I prefer Photoshop because it is user-friendly. :D

photoshop without a doubt, it as more flexibility. Paint shop I don't use very much at all.
