Logo A seems to be Good.The blocks are placed in incremental fashion in Logo A which I think symbolizes how submitexpress became No:1 in google(climbing to top).
I would like to see the backgroung colour changed and the font should be shaded with a mixture of colours.

I like A Better,
however I think if you download some photoshop logo files
from online and edit them to make something unique you might
be happier with the final results.
just my two cents. if you want some help I'll send you a couple
for free - no I'm not in the graphic design biz - just offering to help.
