and I think its a bad idea promoting your site the way you are doing mate.
You don't want crap posters do you? You want genuine members posting genuine posts. Above all you want good content to atract members.
I sufer from the same problem. I need members and god content

I think you should establish your forum more before you posted here...
A good forum need not to encourage posters. Posters will post when they like to...

You could hire some forum moderators and ask them to moderate and post new articles.
