Need opinion on website optimization and promotion - Redtube

[Redtube_EU]

We already have around 10k daily unique visitors at Redtube_EU
Some of SEO specialists tried to analyze us, but did not gave any clear vision or offer.
Some of them gave suggestion to optimize with low competiotion and good search volume keywords like: YOU P0RN, YOUTUBE P0RN, P0RNO TUBE.

Can anyone give us clear and straight answer how we should act and where to go to have good ranks in search engines?

We need detailed arguments.

2.Make a free online advertisement
3.Change the off site SEO for all pages with relevant keyword
