Hi,
I have worked on the following sites as an Internet Marketing Specialist. I would like you to review the sites and let me know if I need to do further for site promotion.

Yes you still need to pursue promotion on both. Try using video marketing, it could save you time because of its automated process in submission to a lot of web sites such as podcasting directories, social networking sites and more!

I had check the PR and both sites achieve high PR in Google. But as per suggestion, you still need to promote your websites. If you think your promotions is good enough and you achieved big return of investments, well that would be the time to stop.

I feel SEO is an on going process and we cant really stop making promotions, especially when we have backlinks of forums, communities or any temporary sites. Once you achieve 100-200 back links mostly permanent links we could really sit back and relax.
What do you thing guys?
