Photoshop, of course. Manipulating images is so easy when I use that tool.
I haven't tried using Paintshop.

I always prefer Photoshop cause it is the best

Paintshop is much more challenging to use, but I prefer Photoshop because it is user-friendly.

photoshop without a doubt, it as more flexibility. Paint shop I don't use very much at all.
