I need help to watch streaming online from Cambodia

Hi guys my name is Alex and I just move to Cambodia to change my life!!!
I’m really mad about soccer and I would like to watch streaming on line from here with my laptop but it seems to be really hard to find sites that working here.
Looking on the web I found this:

- http://www.watchfootballonline.tv
The quality is not so high, the video doesn’t run smoothly and so I’m still looking for something better, anyone can help me???
