Traffic from SPAM site directed to an opt in page.

Traffic from network like Traffic Junky, Exotic Ads, etc, are incredibly cheap.

Has anyone tried to buy this traffic and direct it not to a SPAM site but to an opt in page in internet marketing niche?

I see there's a option in Traffic Junky which is not SPAM niche but business niche.

Tried it? Which are the parameteres and results you had?

I wanna try it to add it to my lead generation arsenal.
