How to develop a character?

There are many ways to develop your character.
proper planing is needed foe a person to develop his/her character.he should well aware about his goal and and motivate himself.
behave very politely and nicely to others so that you may increase your confidence.
care about your surrounding and people living around and never try to harm anyone with your words and works.
try to think positive and work positive .
stay away from anxiety and self destructive s etc.

I guess you can start by reading and developing your own opinions on stuff and have great charisma... These are the basic guidelines I think.
