Do NETGEAR home routers support a 3rd party NAS?

Any Network Storage device can be connected to the NETGEAR Router's Ethernet port. Just make sure that it is getting a valid IP address from our router so it will be visible from the network. Mapping or accessing the files from the NAS using a computer is beyond NETGEAR's support scope. Please refer to the manufacturer of the NAS for additional assistance.
