Problem with site speed... need help

Hello Experts,

hope everyone is doing well here, i have a blog for education http://studenttube.info/
its so slow to load i did speed tests and i got around 7 to 8 seconds to load, which seams slow and i am afraid it wont list to google very well. please have a look and give some solution, Thank you
