Forum search engine

Hi, in lastly years i have difficulties on finding forums.
The problem appears to me in Google, Duck duck go, Bing, Yahoo.
Do you know alternative search engine designed in forums searching or common search engine that facilitates it better than any other?

It would be useful to find the forums of that particular macro topic, without necessarily show posts or discussions.
