How important is CLS for SERPs in Google?

How strongly can CLS influence the position in Google search results? On my website https://www.cigstore.co/ this indicator is very poor. But Core Web Vital is not bad overall. At the same time, after the November update, my positions began to fall. Could this be the result of a very high CLS score. I have it equal to about 1 with the maximum allowable value of 0.25.
