Hey to all the members! I've been part of this forums since 2007. And I observed that Submitexpress has a simple layout ever-since. But still, this is one of my favorite forums!
Now, What can you say about the new submitexpress forums?

i find it easy to use and easy to navigate. and it looks more clean. i mean the layout.

I think it is a great site, especially all the free tools. I find myself using it every day to monitor and improve my website.
