Teachers need to coordinate inspiration for students to study it to be good results, not so rigid that always have to create atmosphere.

I think a real teacher must have a calling for teaching and knowledge; just being an expert in something doesn't mean u can share this knowledge. I can't even teach my kitten how to use a loo, although I have a ninja skill in it ))))
