I'd like to know how to go about making sure I get as much us & UK traffic as possible.

Should I just be trying to get as high as possible in google.com and the rest will just fall into place?

Tell me if there are any other ways or tools to generate more US traffic

I have the same problem, 95% of my traffic comes from the U.S., still can't figure out how to get traffic from other countries.

US traffic = money

mind it

If You need US & UK traffic then you must do hard working to earn this otherwise need to spend a huge amount of money.
