Aside from tips from that good link, you really need to get your site indexed well with your targeted keywords. Google ads are matching ads according to what they've indexed in your site so work on your contents.

yup, use the category section to filter your ads. I don't get confuse every time I see unrelated ads on my site sometimes it got the most number of clicks.

No one can give you a essential way for solving it. It happens some times. Maybe it solves after getting your new pages indexed.
