Maybe you can submit one article to one site then submit it to several bookmark sites.I think it is useful.
And if you want to submit one article to several article site, you should make sure the first one has been indexed by search engine then submit it to other sites.

It's good way to submit some bookmarks to a article, but the question is, how can you make sure the bookmarks will be indexed by search engine.

And if you wait for the article has been indexed by search engine, then submit in another site. I think it'll take you plenty of time, so i think maybe it's not the best way.
