You can go with Article Submissions, Online Content upload, Press Release submission, Forum postings. For articles and online content upload promotion make sure the content is unique. As we know that content is king and also now search engine considers only unique and relevant content in displaying the search results to visitors.

I think there is no single tool that can catapult your sites to top ranks. It requires patience and persistence to recalibrate your site to all stuff such as SEO, backlinking, and all sorts of promotion and advertising. But it's always the content of your site that's important. If your content is worth sharing, then you wouldn't have to push people to share your site or products; they'll do it on their own and you build a reputation for yourself and your sites.
