I agree with the last comment - there is a ton of things to be done except link building. But also, links from unrelated websites with low PR like yours don't help much either, so I don't understand why you offer yourself so blatantly. Look for people in your industry with whom you can share links and get in a better touch with them, this way you have a much better chance of exchanging actual links.
