lost all my rankings, page 1 and 2s, last week.

Now don’t know what to do?

Have you did any blackhat technique to improve your ranking before ? Sometimes you may lost some important backlinks of your website, check it too.

Where are they now? Hope it is just a fluctuation of ranking, the best thing you can do is to ensure your site is getting indexed more often with those content update and few strong backlinks.

Check your website sitemap in Google Webmaster Tool. Are those pages indexed or not.Have you sufficient C-class IP backlinks etc..

If you get down in rank then make link buildings in the website with ethical way so its helps to gain ranking of the website.

Well, your ranking is down due to Google Panda algorithm because its hits numbers of website who did black hat SEO or their content is copy paste. Originally the Google Panda update was planned to target low-quality sites that were ranking well in Google search results.

I'm totally agreed with you, Google is now going tough against those websites which use black hat SEO in past or present and majorly it hit low rank websites.

If you are doing ethical way, there is no need to worry about it. It occurs sometime, but don't stop your work. If it is like you have done black hat techniques then Google is now strictly watching the things to stop unethical or spamming ways.
