Recovering from the 'Google Sandbox'! HELP!

My site has a PR of 3 and vasts amounts of new, relevant, non-spammy content, yet because they said I had a large amount of unnatural links pointing to my site, they penalized me for an extremely relevant keyword for my industry. Is there any quick way of coming back from this other then individually building high-quality links? What more can I do to recover? I also have been trying to increase my PR from a 3 to a 4, but can't seem to even though I have a massive amount of content. Any ideas????

you cant remove the backlinks from your website......

go into your Google Webmaster account and pinpoint unnatural back links going to your website.....take these down by using the disavow tool....

this is whe webmaster do not take your links down..you have no control over the links...first you have to contact the webmaster of the site where the links are held and tell them to take them down...if not then disavow tool is the way forward !!

Basically if you get sandboxed you need to just keep doing as you normally would and build high quality backlinks naturally and in 1-3 months google will put you back where you are supposed to be.
