If you like Majestic, but don't want to pay for it every month, I suggest MarketSamurai. It is a one-time $150 fee and you can get a lot of stats on sites. You can't see every single link a competitor website has with this, so I also suggest using it along side SEOprofiler.com's free Link Checker service.

Nice tools for checking back links.But I would like to check back links from search engine only.Because only they can show actual back links of your niche.

Agreed, Ahrefs is the best one I encounter by far. Only catch glimpses what it did when doing the trial. Anyone could recommend a reliable free / low price option that at least on par with Ahrefs? Alternatively, a tool that is using Ahrefs API? Much appreciated. Thanks.
