One way link is better. And it's even better when the link is relevant. And it's much much better when it's Free (that is not easy to get one way relevant link, especially with good quality).

I don't think there's much difference between the three. I'd rather have a reciprocal relevant link than a one way non-relevant link. So what is key is the relevancy of the link.

even i think it does not matter if it is a one way link or a two way link. what is important is how relevant the link is and what is the importance of the page where your link is placed. I have seen a trend by which I can see that now a days a huge number if backlinks are not that mcuh required. It is much better to have quality links from good pages and with highh traffic than having huge tally of backlinks from pages where there is hardly any traffic.
