It's good to have many different things on website to sell, but here is an issue you have to take into consideration, Search Engines usually don't like mess and pay more attention to the sites with more or less orientated specific stuff. So, I would say pick something that you think is more important on your site and then start searching relevant keywords, using keyword tools mentioned above. IMO

You must know first what is your targeted visitors. Then select a keyword with high searches and less competitive. You can use wordtracker to find which keyword have high searches.

Use some tools but don't focus on just one tool. Try to experiment on diff tools online..
