Social Bookmarking Helps ??

I want to do some social bookmarking to one of my site and i want to know if i need to social book every page or just the index page will do / which one is more better option ?

Any page within your site is ok. But don't submit too many pages within your site because bookmarking site might flag you as spam.

You can do which page you want, If you are doing on SEO basis then before bookmarking your site check whether the bookmarking site have "nofollow" tag or not. If "nofollow" is there then its better not to do
