Np. Yes google do consider user experience in ranking pages due to it gives them the feedback on how much a certain user stay on the page. If they do stay longer to your page that means the user somehow find it relevant to their query.

I think google algo follow the quality of back links not quantity.

yes, i think that's correct and not only google even the other SE in the internet...

i think they follow different algorithm when they index a site

as others have mentioned, there are a lot of factors involved. one interesting tidbit that i came across (i can't remember where!) detailed how the number and quality of backlinks influenced your ranking. essentially, the concept is that your pagerank is a weighted sum of all the backlinks that link to you. In grossly simplified terms, it is the sum of PageRank(site that links to you)/(number of links on the page that links to you). which helps you understand how much more important it is to have a link from a PR5 page with 6 links on it vs. a PR0 page with 300 links...
