I think you have not considered the time frame. Its not 3 days it should be 3 months. If you are looking for former answer then make sure that you should use only blackhat techniques to optimize your website.

get back link from high pr sites with anchor text, high pr mean pr6 to pr8 sites, pr1,2,3 can't work for you
