Yahoo answers is now a no follow website. Yahoo answers are also sensitive if they see that you are promoting a website or your answer is far to the question they will send you notifications of worst they will ban you.

yahooanswer.com has the PR rank 8. It's nice to leave a backlink there with making answer some question. Bit they use the nofollow tag. Consequently, it has no value on Google search engine optimization.
