One problem I run into now is I have to keep 4 browsers on my computer. I build something new it don't always work with firefox or other non IE browsers. Have you had any problems like this with CSS?

That's normal...

I design my page and preview it in FF.
Then when I'm done I check it in the other browsers. If there are any problems then you make any adjustmentss using a conditional comment such as this

<!--[if lte IE 6]><link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/ie6.css"/><![endif]-->

Usually you need to adjust things like the menu position... IE is usually the culprit.

I only bother with IE6 and 7. I reckon the others are on their death bed!
Opera, Safari etc are usually fine.
