Increase traffic by Directory Submission

Directory submissions takes long before you can get results.. It still a good and effective way of promoting a site, though you have to wait long before your link/s will be approve..

I only submit my sites to web directories to get backlinks. I don't do directory submission for traffic purposes.

Actually, directory submission pretty help you to get backlinks, but don't think it's enough that you will use directories only. Try to do some blog commenting and forum posting, it really helps as well.
