If you are able to get a PR6 and above website and link your website to it, then you are sure to get indexed within 24hrs plus you will get massive web traffic from them. But be cautious while selecting website.

Ya we can index in search engines in a short period of time.by submitting site to major social bookmarking sites.which search engines index the sites very fast.
