We cannot estimate how much time it takes to Google to crawl websites often, it depends upon website or blog if new content is keep on added then the google spiders crawls the websites regularly for example news sites.

Actually after how many days Google gives a page rank of a website...????For many days i am not getting my site's Google rank.....How will i know that Google crawl my site or not?

You just write cache:site url in google and will get to know the exact date and time when Google crawled your page or not

Crawling and rankings are totally different things, but if your concern is when will Google crawl your site, there is no specific time, you just have to be patient.

cache:website name - You will get the date and time of Google Crawl.
Add the sitemap.xml in the root directory with all the pages in the website will help Google Bot to crawl every pages.

It depends on the structure of site if when Google will crawl it. I suggest you update your site with fresh content regularly and also do link building for your site to be crawled by Google.
