Why these following sites are blocked in China?

Why these following sites are blocked in China (only China mainland is blocked)?
this domain name: wetpaintcentral.com
and this domain name :wetpaint.com

Can someone has any good idea to help resolve this problem?

there are a lot of proxy sites here in the web.. i usually use jtunnel.com proxy site..

It probaly someone got banned by china, also you site host the same hosting with someone

nothing can be useful and helpful,because it is entirely blocked in China mainland.who i should contact?

Are you sure? even when using proxy? How about contact your host provider?

Is it possible to be blocked by China Telecom?
Because There are a lot of problems with China Telecom this year.
few days ago, i searched Yahoo,msn,but the search result redirect to the results of Baidu.com .
Is it possible?
these sites are active anywhere around the World except China mainland is blocked.

I have contact my host provider,they told me their sites are blocked in China,and they are now still contacting with no answer,and it has been more than one month since blocked.

when using proxy,i cannot sign in to the site.
