Greetings.

I would like to know if the Search engine Submission service from Submit express make any difference to my new website ranking?
Has anyone tried it?
I'm working on
Article directory submission
Web directory submission
Forum posting
Blog posting
It will take a lot of time coming up the ranks.
Will this service help?
Please help me make a decision.

All you've mentioned above will help your site. Also consider other factors/type of on-page and off page optimization to rank well in SERPs (i.e. keywords used, KW placement, anchor texts, etc. )

Do not waste your time in submitting your site to SE, instead submit it to directory.
